Greek Leadership Conference

The Greek Leadership Conference is to connect all chapter members and learn about their specific role in the community. Chapters send members to events throughout the year with the purpose of increasing community knowledge, risk prevention, build relationships and so much more!

The purpose of the Greek Leadership Conference is to:

  • Provide opportunities for chapter leaders to learn more about university resources and policies.
  • Provide students with tangible tools to support them in their role such as: event planning, event registration, finances, travel, and Engage.
  • Engage chapter leaders in conversations around topics of leadership including:
    • empowerment, 
    • motivation,
    • bystander intervention,
    • social responsibility,
    • chapter engagement and morale,
    • communication skills,
    • conflict resolution,
    • advocacy on campus, and
    • organizational behavior
