The Fraternal Information and Programming Group (FIPG) - The FIPG Risk Management Policy is organized for the purpose of providing information on risk management issues. The mission is to promote sound risk management policies and practices. The Risk Management Guidelines of FIPG include provisions and recommendations that are intended to apply to all levels of membership in an organization.

Chapters may use this form for multiple awards that were given. After submissions are received, chapter agrees to have Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) publish those award(s) on our social media accounts.
